HOW DOES LONDON PROTECT THE VOICE OF WORKING PEOPLE?
Welcome to The TOK Workers' Report.
On enterprise, on employment, on the workplace, on work!
Commercial employment is the gateway to the market for the majority of people throughout the world. In 2019 the UK’s 5.9 million commercial businesses provided employment to 27.5 million people. 43,000 or 0.7% of those businesses had 50 or more employees and accounted for 14.3 million or 52% of the UK’s employment. In London 8,000 businesses employed 3.2 million or 59% of the capitals employment.
Employment services fit into 4 broad categories: trade unions, management consultants, recruitment groups and legal assistance. At TOK Corporation we want the workers' word on the workplace. The Old Kent Corporation was established to bring working people together to evaluate local leadership in organisations with 50 or more employees. Our mission is to publish annual reports on the people who govern your communities income and livelihood. We aim to turn The TOK Workers' Report into the world's primary source of information on commercial management and administration.
TOKCIC GENESIS
We need your support!
TOKCIC Genesis is TOK Corporation’s campaign to introduce humanity to TOK Workers' Report. During the campaign TOK will focus on brand awareness as we promote public engagement throughout London before expanding operations within the UK and across the world. TOKCIC Genesis will culminate with an award show to honour contributions and participation as we launch the digital platform and convert the enterprise into a Community Interest Company (CIC) limited by shares.
TOK Corporation needs your support. We need to raise £23,590 in phase 1 of TOKCIC Genesis. Subscribe at the bottom of the page to track our progress.

THE HUMAN TRADE ASSESSMENT
The Human Trade Assessment was created to give communities a way to identify the comprehensive impact of commercial employment on working people. The assessment brings working people together to evaluate their workplaces as social systems using 12 distinct categories of social utility:
Reward
Development
Security
Safety
Equality
Ecology
Integrity
Wellbeing
Autonomy
Family
Dignity
Solidarity
These essential elements of a free, fair and healthy society define TOK Corporation's Pillars of Harmony and are the foundation of The Old Kent Workers' Report.
The Real Report:
